AdPolicyCheck is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or Google Ads.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AdPolicyCheck (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) The Service

The Service provides an automated risk assessment of publicly accessible website content and generates recommendations intended to help you identify potentially risky wording or missing site essentials. The Service does not provide official Google Ads approvals and is provided for informational purposes only.

2) No guarantees

We do not guarantee that your ads will be approved, that your account will avoid suspension, or that you will achieve any specific outcome. Google Ads decisions are made by Google and may change over time.

3) Acceptable use

• You must only analyze websites you own or have permission to analyze.
• You may not use the Service to violate laws, scrape private systems, bypass access controls, or attempt unauthorized access.
• You may not interfere with or disrupt the Service or attempt to reverse engineer it.

4) Accounts, access, and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Service, or created risk to other users or our infrastructure.

5) Intellectual property

The Service, its content, and its outputs (excluding your website content) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may use the outputs for your internal business purposes (e.g., improving your landing page) but you may not resell the Service itself or its platform.

6) Fees and refunds

Fees (when enabled) are displayed at checkout. Refunds may be provided if the Service fails to generate a report due to a technical error. We do not provide refunds for outcomes related to Google Ads decisions or policy enforcement.

7) Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where we operate, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to resolve disputes with us in a competent court of that jurisdiction, unless local law provides otherwise.
